FAQ

The opening Hours of Shete Boka National Park are:

Mondays to Sunday:  09:00 – 16.30

No admittance after 16:00.

You can enter the park until 16.00. There is no admittance allowed after 16:00. You are required to leave the park before 16:30.

Adults: Nafl. 17.50 / US$ 10

Children 6 -12 years: Nafl. 2.00 / US$ 1.50

Children 0-5 years: Free

The Shete Boka National Park is an area adjoining the Christoffel Park covering almost 10 kilometers of the rocky wave-exposed north coast of the island and has approximately 10 pocket bays where 3 species of sea turtles are known to lay eggs.

There are two hiking trails and it is possible to get close to some of the bays by car.

Shete Boka National Park offers 2 hiking trails and 2 car routes. Visitors are free to choose between hiking and driving. 

The trails in the Shete Boka National Park feature loose (unleveled) gravel surfaces. We recommend car routes for people who have a form of mobility impairment.

Curacao Residents with a valid ID (sèdula or drivers license) pay an entrance fee of:

Adults: Nafl 2.00

Children: 6 – 12 years: Nafl. 2.00

Children: 0 – 5 years: Free

We are working to ensure all visitors can experience and enjoy the park. Some of the facilities such as the bathroom, restaurant and museum are accessible. If you have special needs or situations not explained in this information, please feel free to ask our staff. We will be happy to assist you. 

The turtle Nesting season runs from approximately May to December.

Leashed pets are welcome in the park.
